Value derived from realised transactions, not assumptions
The Market Price Forecast (MHE) is a peer-reviewed statistical model that determines the market value of forest assets from realised transaction data. Due diligence covers forest inventory data, site types and productive capacity, a field assessment, and a title and encumbrance review.
We also value existing forest assets and entire forest property portfolios.
