While Suomen Sijoitusmetsät serves investor clients, Omalla Maalla serves forest property sellers and private forest owners, offering brokerage, direct sales, off-market sales and information on forest asset returns.
Both are built on the same market data. Through Omalla Maalla, sellers receive pricing based on the same transaction data and valuation methodology that we use when acquiring forest properties for our investor clients.
