The exceptional circumstances of the spring and summer do not, at least yet, appear to have had a major impact on the price level.
The value of the Market Price Index for forest properties is calculated for each week, and representative transactions of forest properties over 10 hectares completed during the preceding 52 weeks are used as reference data.
