Forest asset management
We define the acquisition criteria together: investment size, geographic focus, cash flow target and required return. We then source properties independently within those criteria and present purchase offers for your approval. Management, reporting and divestment belong to the same service.

Investment strategies
The acquisition strategy is built around portfolio objectives: weighted towards cash flow, towards capital appreciation, or a combination of the two. The purchase price is the single largest driver of forest investment returns, which is why protecting against overpricing is at the core of our strategy work.

Valuations and due diligence
Our peer-reviewed Market Price Forecast (MHE) determines the market value of forest assets based on realised transaction data. Due diligence covers forest inventory data, site types and productive capacity, and every property is assessed in the field before it is presented to you.
